Contact

A useful starting brief

You can begin with contact details and a short note. The current project form asks you to select a show. If yours is undecided or missing, call or email A2 so the inquiry can be scoped directly.

What happens next?

  1. Share the brief. Use the project form, call, or email the team.
  2. Clarify the scope. Review the footprint, schedule, production needs and open questions.
  3. Review the proposal. Confirm the deliverables, exclusions, approvals and commercial terms before work begins.

Submitting an inquiry does not reserve production capacity, labor or show dates. The accepted written proposal sets the final scope and price.

Las Vegas show planning

For a show at the Las Vegas Convention Center, Venetian Expo, Mandalay Bay Convention Center or another venue, send the current exhibitor manual and contractor deadlines if you have them. Required services and work rules depend on the specific event. A2 reviews project feasibility and responsibilities before making commitments.

Questions before you request a quote

Can I request only installation or fabrication?

Tell A2 which part of the project needs help and what is already supplied. Availability, drawings, responsibilities and the show schedule need to be reviewed before the scope is confirmed.

Is this an instant online price?

No. A2 quotes the actual project after reviewing the requirements. The pricing guide explains the cost categories to compare in a proposal.

Tell us about your next exhibit.

Share the space, timing and what your booth needs to accomplish. A2 can review the requirements and the next step.
