A2 Exhibits / Las Vegas

A clearer plan for your next exhibit.

Start with what your booth needs to do, then connect the footprint, design, production and show schedule. These guides help you prepare a useful brief and compare the same scope.

Choose the question you need to answer

Bring the right information to the quote

Begin with your show or venue, dates, booth dimensions and products. Add your audience, demonstration needs, meeting areas, storage, references and budget scope. Identify drawings, graphics, furnishings or exhibit components you already have.

Use the quote form to configure a footprint and send your details. You can attach project references when online uploads are available. A2 confirms the final scope, schedule and commercial terms in the written proposal.

Connect the design to the build

Review the evidence and the price

Use the finished project gallery and the Havok Off-Road and Nurugo project studies to identify visible features you want. A photograph is a design reference; each new exhibit needs its own specifications and quote.

The pricing guide explains how to compare inclusions and exclusions. A base booth calculation is a starting point, while the written proposal defines the accepted work.

A useful first brief

Describe the show, footprint, products, visitor goals, target dates, existing assets and budget. List essential functions separately from optional ideas. Add the current exhibitor manual when you have it.

Download a plain-text project brief template or complete the online quote form.

Tell us about your next exhibit.

Share the space, timing and what your booth needs to accomplish. A2 can review the requirements and the next step.
