Understand the price before you approve the build.

A useful quote shows the work, the assumptions and the costs that sit outside it.

Use this guide to prepare a brief and compare proposals. Final A2 pricing and commercial terms come from the accepted written proposal for your project.

Pricing questions

How much does a trade show booth cost in Las Vegas?

There is no single price that represents every booth. A2 prepares project-specific proposals after reviewing the footprint, design, graphics, furnishings, show schedule and installation needs. A2 has not published a standard price list here; request a scoped quote rather than treating a general online range as an A2 offer.

Why do two 20 × 20 booths have different prices?

The same floor area can contain very different work: an open display with simple graphics, or enclosed rooms, custom fixtures, complex finishes and AV. Height, product requirements, custom details and labor affect cost alongside square footage.

What should an exhibit quote include?

Ask for an itemized scope covering design, structure or rental, graphics, flooring, furniture, technology, packing, freight, installation and dismantle as applicable. Each line should say whether it is included, excluded, estimated, optional or payable directly to another provider.

Which show costs are easy to overlook?

Review material handling, electrical services, rigging, internet, cleaning, deadline surcharges, overtime, outbound freight and storage. The event manual and official order forms determine what applies. These are planning categories, not a claim that every event charges every item.

Should I rent or buy?

Compare the total cost across the expected number of events, including graphics refreshes, handling, repairs, storage, freight and changes in footprint. Rental availability and custom-build feasibility need to be reviewed for the actual dates and design.

Can I share a budget before the design is finished?

Yes. A target range helps frame practical choices. State whether the range includes only the exhibit or the wider show costs. If the budget is still open, explain which functions are essential and which are optional.

Are design revisions, rush work and change orders included?

The written proposal should explain revision scope, approval dates and how changes are priced. New requirements or late approvals can affect materials, labor and the schedule. Confirm those terms before authorizing production.

How do deposits and cancellation work?

Payment schedules, deposits, cancellation, storage and ownership terms are set by the accepted project proposal. A website inquiry is not an order and does not establish substitute commercial terms.

How early should I request a quote?

Start when you have a likely event and a useful brief. Lead time depends on design complexity, production, procurement and approvals. Send the show and move-in dates so A2 can assess feasibility instead of relying on a universal turnaround promise.

Make your quote request specific

Send the dimensions, expected functions, dates, references and budget scope. Identify what you already own and what the proposal needs to cover. Ask A2 to mark unresolved information and optional items so the next decision is clear.

Explore rental options, custom fabrication or installation and dismantle before preparing the brief.

Tell us about your next exhibit.

Share the space, timing and what your booth needs to accomplish. A2 can review the requirements and the next step.
