A2 Exhibits / Las Vegas
Choose the footprint around the work it needs to do.
Booth size describes the floor footprint: width × depth. A useful layout also accounts for open sides, products, staff, visitor circulation, demonstrations, meetings and storage.
Common footprints and the online base calculation
A2’s online tool calculates width × depth × $125 per square foot. These are base booth calculations in USD, not a final all-inclusive event price. Final design, services and additional costs are confirmed in the written proposal.
| Footprint | Floor area | Base calculation |
|---|---|---|
| 10 × 10 ft | 100 sq ft | $12,500 |
| 10 × 20 ft | 200 sq ft | $25,000 |
| 10 × 30 ft | 300 sq ft | $37,500 |
| 20 × 20 ft | 400 sq ft | $50,000 |
| 20 × 30 ft | 600 sq ft | $75,000 |
| 20 × 40 ft | 800 sq ft | $100,000 |
| 30 × 30 ft | 900 sq ft | $112,500 |
| 40 × 40 ft | 1600 sq ft | $200,000 |
The tool supports widths and depths from 10 to 50 ft. The interactive picker uses 5 ft steps. Height can change the design and final production scope, but does not change this floor-area base formula.
Match the space to your activities
- 10 × 10 ft: prioritize the main product or message, staff access and the first visitor conversation.
- 10 × 20 ft: compare a longer display frontage with the space needed for demonstrations or conversations.
- 20 × 20 ft: review how visitors enter, how products are grouped and whether meeting or storage areas are required.
- Larger footprints: define each activity zone, the circulation between zones and how staff can serve visitors.
These are planning prompts, not capacity or code guarantees. Confirm the actual layout, accessibility, clearances and event rules for your assigned space.
Footprint and booth type are different decisions
An inline booth typically has one aisle-facing side. A corner adds another open side. Peninsula and island layouts change the number and arrangement of open sides. Use the show’s assigned floor plan and definitions when preparing the design brief.
Height, hanging signs, setbacks and sightline rules depend on the event and booth location. The 3D tool illustrates scale; it does not approve a design or replace the exhibitor manual.
Questions about booth sizes
What is the base quote for a 20 × 20 booth?
At A2’s online rate of $125 per square foot, 20 × 20 ft is 400 sq ft and produces a $50,000 USD base calculation. The written proposal confirms the final design, services, exclusions and additional costs.
Does a larger floor area include more services?
No inclusion should be inferred from square footage alone. Confirm graphics, furnishings, AV, freight, installation, dismantle and official show services in the project proposal.
Should I choose the size before designing the booth?
Start with the space assigned or available from the show, then review what must fit inside it. Share your products, goals and activities so A2 can develop a practical layout.
