A2 Exhibits / Las Vegas
Your next booth starts with a clear quote.
Tell us what the space needs to do. We’ll help define the design, build and show-floor scope around it.
A2 Exhibits is a family-founded exhibit company based in Las Vegas. Since 2004, the work has connected exhibit design, 3D visualization, fabrication, printed graphics, furniture, setup and teardown.

A useful starting brief
- The space: booth dimensions and whether it is inline, corner, peninsula or island, if known.
- The timing: show name, venue, dates and move-in schedule, when available.
- The job: product displays, demos, meetings, storage and the most important visitor interaction.
- The scope: a new custom build, rental options, an existing exhibit refresh or installation support.
- The budget: a target range and any costs already committed. A working range helps guide the design.
- The references: a website, brand files, previous booth photos or drawings you are permitted to share.
You can begin with contact details and a short note. The current project form asks you to select a show. If yours is undecided or missing, call or email A2 so the inquiry can be scoped directly.
Make the scope easy to review
Use this optional planner to carry a short scope note into the existing project form. It does not submit a quote request or reserve a date.
What happens next?
- Share the brief. Use the project form, call, or email the team.
- Clarify the scope. Review the footprint, schedule, production needs and open questions.
- Review the proposal. Confirm the deliverables, exclusions, approvals and commercial terms before work begins.
Submitting an inquiry does not reserve production capacity, labor or show dates. The accepted written proposal sets the final scope and price.
Las Vegas show planning
For a show at the Las Vegas Convention Center, Venetian Expo, Mandalay Bay Convention Center or another venue, send the current exhibitor manual and contractor deadlines if you have them. Required services and work rules depend on the specific event. A2 reviews project feasibility and responsibilities before making commitments.
Questions before you request a quote
Can I request only installation or fabrication?
Tell A2 which part of the project needs help and what is already supplied. Availability, drawings, responsibilities and the show schedule need to be reviewed before the scope is confirmed.
Is this an instant online price?
No. A2 quotes the actual project after reviewing the requirements. The pricing guide explains the cost categories to compare in a proposal.
Tell us about your next exhibit.
Share the space, timing and what your booth needs to accomplish. A2 can review the requirements and the next step.
