A2 Exhibits / Las Vegas

Trade show booth design, built around the conversation.

Start with what visitors need to do

A booth layout works best when the brand story and the practical use of the space are considered together. A2 develops exhibit concepts and 3D views so your team can review the direction before the physical build.

For a product launch, the demonstration area may drive the layout. For a meeting-led show, seating, sound and storage can become the priorities. Tell us how your staff will use the space and what visitors should understand before they leave.

Decisions to make during design

From brief to a buildable direction

Begin with the booth dimensions, goals, brand assets and reference images. A2 uses 3D visualization to help align stakeholders and refine the concept. Final fabrication requirements, technical development and any engineering or show approvals must be agreed for the project.

A rendering helps communicate a direction; it is not a substitute for an approved production drawing or the event’s construction rules. Share the current exhibitor manual early so design decisions can account for the actual restrictions.

Design connects to the next steps

Review fabrication, rental options and installation and dismantle as part of the same scope. Printed graphics, furniture and setup affect both the appearance and use of the finished exhibit.

See the Nurugo project study for an example of a central brand feature, product displays and meeting areas in a completed A2 exhibit.

Questions before you request a quote

What should I send for a design quote?

Send the dimensions, event and dates if known, goals, products, target budget and brand or reference links. Explain which decisions are fixed and which are still open.

Can the design account for future shows?

Share the future footprints and reuse goals. The proposal can address the agreed design scope; adapting or reusing components depends on their dimensions, condition and the next event’s rules.

How long does design take?

Timing depends on scope, information supplied, revisions and approval speed. A2 confirms a project schedule after reviewing the brief rather than promising a universal turnaround.

Tell us about your next exhibit.

Share the space, timing and what your booth needs to accomplish. A2 can review the requirements and the next step.
