A2 Exhibits / Las Vegas
Plan the setup. Plan the closeout.
The exhibit needs a show-floor plan
Installation brings the physical components, displays and graphics together at the venue. Dismantle prepares for what happens after the final visitor leaves. A2 includes setup and teardown among its published exhibit capabilities.
Clear drawings, a component list and a practical schedule help define the work. Identify what A2 is supplying, what the exhibitor will bring and which official contractors control parts of the installation.
Share these details for scope review
- Event, venue, hall, booth number and current exhibitor manual.
- Move-in and move-out dates, target freight times and service deadlines.
- Exhibit drawings, assembly instructions, component inventory and condition.
- Graphics, flooring, furniture, products and technology to be installed.
- Official electrical, rigging, internet and material-handling requirements.
- Packing instructions, empty-crate arrangements, outbound carrier and return destination.
- The project contact, approval process and show-site responsibilities.
Separate exhibit labor from official services
The event manual determines which tasks need official providers, approved contractors or other arrangements. Electrical, rigging, freight handling and similar services should be identified separately from exhibit assembly. A2 does not claim official-contractor status for a venue through this page.
Confirm labor assumptions, included hours, access windows, supervision and any overtime or additional-work terms in writing. A late freight delivery or scope change can affect the sequence and cost.
Closeout belongs in the original plan
Agree how the exhibit will be dismantled, packed and released to the outbound carrier. If components will be reused, share the next-show plan and any condition-reporting or storage needs to be reviewed. Return freight and long-term storage are included only when agreed.
See the A2 process and the quote comparison guide. If the booth is still being developed, connect the labor plan with fabrication early.
Questions before you request a quote
Can you install an existing exhibit?
Send drawings, instructions, photos, an inventory and the show schedule for review. Condition, compatibility, availability and responsibility for missing parts need to be confirmed before the work is accepted.
Are venue charges included?
Only the charges expressly listed in the accepted proposal are included. Review official service orders and exclusions separately.
Can you guarantee an opening date from an online inquiry?
No. Schedule feasibility depends on the design, information, approvals, freight and venue access. A2 confirms commitments through the project proposal.
Tell us about your next exhibit.
Share the space, timing and what your booth needs to accomplish. A2 can review the requirements and the next step.
