A2 Exhibits / Las Vegas

Turn the approved concept into a physical exhibit.

Keep the design and the build connected

A2’s fabrication work translates an approved exhibit concept into physical components, printed graphics and finishes. The scope begins with the dimensions, display requirements and practical details needed to prepare the exhibit for the show floor.

A visual rendering is a useful starting point. Before production, the project still needs enough information to define component sizes, connections, materials, finishes and the requirements for assembly.

Information that makes fabrication review useful

Graphics are part of the build

A2’s published capabilities include in-house printing. Graphic dimensions, surfaces and artwork approvals should be coordinated with the exhibit components. Changes after production starts can affect materials, cost and the schedule, so establish who approves each file and when.

The Havok Off-Road project study shows a finished A2 exhibit with a wheel display wall, large brand graphics and a counter. The study describes visible features without assigning an undocumented production method or project budget.

Prepare for installation before show day

Discuss how components will travel, how the assembly will be sequenced and which work is included at the venue. Confirm any engineering, approvals, pre-assembly checks or specialized requirements in the scope. Those needs vary by design and event.

Connect fabrication with installation and dismantle planning. For an early-stage concept, start with booth design and 3D visualization.

Questions before you request a quote

Can A2 review existing drawings?

Send drawings you are permitted to share, along with dimensions, specifications and show information. A2 can review the request and identify the information needed before confirming fabrication scope.

Is engineering included?

Engineering, permit or show-approval work must be specifically agreed in the proposal. Do not assume a rendering or fabrication quote includes those services.

Can I get a price from booth size alone?

Size is only one input. Display loads, construction, finishes, graphics, technical details and timing all affect the work and must be reviewed.

Tell us about your next exhibit.

Share the space, timing and what your booth needs to accomplish. A2 can review the requirements and the next step.
