A rental can be worth considering when the exhibit is needed for a particular event or the display requirements are likely to change. A custom build may suit a longer program with repeat appearances. The useful comparison includes the full event scope and future use, rather than the structure alone.
Tell A2 your footprint, visual direction, show dates and target budget. Rental configurations and availability are confirmed for the specific project. This page is a planning guide, not a live inventory or an offer to reserve a package.
Define the rental package
- Structure and layout: the footprint, open sides, wall heights and display requirements.
- Branding: graphic sizes, artwork, production and any custom elements.
- Furniture and displays: counters, seating, product fixtures and storage needs.
- Technology: lighting, screens, content and any power or network requirements.
- Event execution: freight, material handling, installation and dismantle responsibilities.
- After the show: return requirements, missing or damaged components and any retained graphics.
What is included in the price?
Ask for the proposal to identify the supplied items and services, quantities, installation scope, rental period and exclusions. Show-organizer and venue services may be separate. A package description should not be assumed to include electrical work, rigging, internet, cleaning or material handling unless those items are explicitly listed.

Questions before you request a quote
Is rental always cheaper than buying?
No. Compare the design, graphics, handling, labor, return obligations and expected number of shows. The lower initial structure cost does not by itself establish the lower total program cost.
Can a rental look specific to my brand?
Discuss the layout, graphics, displays and any custom details you need. What can be supplied depends on the agreed configuration, availability, budget and schedule.
Can I reserve a booth through this page?
